Abby and I get asked a lot how to cook a chicken and we always seem to share the same answer.

Might not be the most popular but it’s what works for our busy family. “ we cook from frozen “

OVEN TEMP 350 degrees no matter the size of whole frozen chicken

How to: ( suggested )

• Use a glass baking dish or Dutch oven

•Add some water once your frozen chicken is placed

•Put some seasonings on the frozen chicken

•Cover with a lid or parchment paper ( most don’t prefer tinfoil but use what you have )

•Cook the whole chicken until the internal temp is 82•C ( 180 •F ) this temp is for a whole chicken and information is gathered from Canada.ca/FoodSafety website.

( when using a thermometer stay clear from a bone )
